The staff in here are always friendly and I never hate going in to this branch. My problem with them lately is that whenever I need side assistance with a loan or money exchange I'm told something that ends up being wrong and it ends up costing me. Don't know if they just keep making mistakes or if it's intentional but I trust them less and less each transaction

I can't tell you how unique the Keyser branch of this regional bank is. Just the kindest most helpful people work there. I've had bank accounts all over the country and this one stands out for really trying to help and going above with their customer service. Wholeheartedly recommend!
