It is a nice place and the people are friendly there
The woman that I believe was the manager has very poor communication skills, not nice or welcoming at all. Maybe just a bad day idk. Also the bank charged me $20.00 to cash an M&T check because I do not have an account with them. Not very welcoming to a potential client as I am actually looking to switch banks.
Great people, great service, kind and thoughtful and happy to go above and beyond. Much appreciated.
