Came into this bank to close accounts. I guess the Savings account was closed but not my Checking account. For some reason they didn't do it properly and left the Checking account open. Terrible customer service.
My experience with M&T and this branch was always bad. Got conflicting answers from different representatives. Some guy who claimed to be Josef here is extremely rude
I had an appointment to open a business account at this branch. I showed up and the person wasn’t there. Someone else helped me eventually but it took all day. I ended up only getting sent an ATM card and not my debit card so I am going to have to go in again and have someone set up my actual account. Very irritating since I am starting my business November 1st and needed the account by now for tax purposes. I think M&T is supposed to be a good local bank but this place was not it.
Antwan and this branch is awesome explained everything very well couldn’t recommend then gentleman enough.
Knowledgeable and courteous employees, clean and feels secure, covers all my banking needs.
