It is a shame you can not give zero stars. M&T Bank is no longer a bank I want to do business with. They never call back. You have to chase them down. You have to do all the leg work. The way the bank distributes loans is very deceptive. I believe there whole purpose is to give the customers inquiries to drop your credit score. The manager sees all this and does nothing. Worst customer service me and my wife visited this brunch today to reopen an account we had in the past we all though there were only four people standing in the lobby. We were the only ones that greeted by I’m guessing Management, who was training another young lady At the customer service desk. I was immediately judged by what I had on being a native black American I always know. The gentleman was non-native African descent. Very rude. 10 out of 10 would not recommend
This bank sucks! It’s like all the males are incompetent Or don’t want to be there Especially Joseph. I hate his attitude and he was very unhelpful with my small issue kept telling me to call customer service after I already did. SMH I’m so over M$T
