This bank sucks! It’s like all the males are incompetent Or don’t want to be there Especially Joseph. I hate his attitude and he was very unhelpful with my small issue kept telling me to call customer service after I already did. SMH I’m so over M$T
Went here in JANUARY to update my new address. Was informed it was completed months later still not done. Call online and the security question is what was my credit limit when I first started my bank account? That was 10 years ago how the actual h am I supposed to remember that? Then she says she can’t help further because I don’t have that information and should’ve kept it. Get real . Guess I’m closing this account.
Not sure why I received a professional attitude. I was the only person in the branch, and I patiently waited until he handled his business with the other branch staff. Yet, I could hear him sighing as if I was holding him up. I wanted to stay, to see how he acted towards the lady that came in as I left. I was like seriously!! W hy you have an attitude. Came into this bank to close accounts. I guess the Savings account was closed but not my Checking account. For some reason they didn't do it properly and left the Checking account open. Terrible customer service.
