Some non-English speaker kept cutting cut in line. I needed to get checks along with help with another situation. Refuse to help at all. Never got my checks, that I need to use to pay for an ambulance service. This place is a 3 star rating for a reason
By far the worst branch in America. Was told by a corporate VP from M&T bank to bring in documents from a fraudulent charge. Place is surrounded by vape shops, abandoned homes, drug addicts, etc. So you get that type of attitude in there. Formal complaint was filed to corporate.
I'll admit I went to a shady club less a block away from this location. I was paying cash for the most part. At this club someone overcharged me. Was told the investigation would last at least 1-4 months. Lasted 2 weeks in the con artists favor. My signature was forged amongst other illegal things. I'm sure the club banks with these frauds.
