Goodness. Just don't. They struggle to handle things like basic teller functions and their lending services are extremely unorganized and unprofessional. They no showed on a loan closing for me..... Expect long lines, 35 year old technology and extremely limited capabilities. There are better banks. This bank is just not well run and seems to struggle with maintaining strong staff.
Some non-English speaker kept cutting cut in line. I needed to get checks along with help with another situation. Refuse to help at all. Never got my checks, that I need to use to pay for an ambulance service. This place is a 3 star rating for a reason
By far the worst branch in America. Was told by a corporate VP from M&T bank to bring in documents from a fraudulent charge. Place is surrounded by vape shops, abandoned homes, drug addicts, etc. So you get that type of attitude in there. Formal complaint was filed to corporate.
