My experience with the Corning branch has been excellent and I'm very thankful for them.
Steve and Josh were a great help to me. I especially want to thank Steve for taking the time with me.
Been on the phone for over 20 minutes now as I was unable to activate my credit card,via the phone activation number, the credit card just had a new expiration date. Was on hold alone for over 10 minutes without the rep coming back to the phone to let me know what she was doing. Very frustrating for the customer. Would not recommend them to any family or friends.
