Unhappy. As soon as I switch direct deposit im closing my account. I wont ever open another account with them.
The one star reviews from years ago are still pretty accurate, as this location is a mess (figuratively)
I love banking at this location. You can actually call the branch and they answer the phone. Great customer service.
This bank has very inflexible rules, and a very dysfunctional internal departmental structure. I would not bank here, especially for trust accounts. Several examples: - it was very difficult, almost impossible to remove a person from a joint account. - after weeks of work and affidavit letters they finally did so but forgot to take the second person off the credit card account.
