Busy but tellers were communicative about the wait times and friendly
I have an estate account here for my mother and I'm trying to get her taxes filed and they need some paperwork that I unfortunately don't have. So I contacted the bank today and I spoke with a woman. God I wish I would have asked her name... She informed me I would have to pay for every individual paper that they had to print out and when I asked why she said I was paying for their time and It was my responsibility to keep all my paperwork together.. The people working are very kind and I haven't had problems with them. We use to go m&t that use to be in big elk mall in acme but when they closed that one we started going to this one and I haven't had any issues or problems with them.
Womens are very friendly, fast and kind.
