My wife and I scheduled an appointment to deal with a notary at this branch. We had to inform the person that we would be maybe 10-15 minutes passed our appointment time due to having to organize a last minute witness. When we arrived at the time as agreed, our assigned person went on lunch and wasn't able to help us. We then got a universal banker that rushed through the entire process, missing very vital documents that is required of the notary.
