I don’t understand this branch’s operations. First, their is no entrance that is accessible to the disabled. Once gaining entrance to the bank, I ended up leaving after waiting for more than 30 minutes to pick up a cashiers check I was told that there was only one working printer and the only teller who could help me would be busy with another customer for yet another 20 minutes. I understand that this branch is currently without a branch manager. Is that the problem?
