They are awesome people that work with you
This is the most unprofessional bank I have ever dealt with. I used to work at a bank and the business practices at this bank are horrid. Keep in mind, if EVERYONE withdrew their funds from these predatory banks they would collapse. They DON'T have YOUR money at these branch locations. I learned this the hard way. This bank has got to be the most corrupt bank I've ever dealt with. Good luck ever getting any of the ATM's at this location to dispense YOUR money. They are always "out of service" and if by chance they are working, it won't give you YOUR money. You'll have to file a dispute and go without any of YOUR money until it's settled. They don't care is you need life sustaining medications. Also, if you want to make a withdrawal, even if you have your drivers license and ss card, they won't let you access YOUR money. Appears M&T bank very recently installed software changes that provide much improved account statement access. I am able to print monthly statements that include transactions and those with no monthly transactions via phone. The service providers at the Seaford office are great!
