Appears M&T bank very recently installed software changes that provide much improved account statement access. I am able to print monthly statements that include transactions and those with no monthly transactions via phone. The service providers at the Seaford office are great!
Several years ago I elected to go with M&T Banking inspite of my much preferred Credit Unions. Until recently I was very happy with the results. Beginning today, I no longer have access to my latest monthly bank statement. It appears the most recent online changes reflect M&T's lack of consideration for its customers. How sad! Very slow service at this location. Been on the drive though line a little over a half hour and only one car in front of me has gone through. They don’t respect people’s time.
