The ATM is plagued with issues. I don't need a physical bank very often, but when I go to the ATM here, about once every other month, it will not accept a deposit. When I have to call them, they ask for the first 5 digits of my social security number instead of the last 4, which puts the entire number on the table. Another annoying thing is that I still have to fill out deposit or withdrawal slips when I go into the bank. Other banks use the debit card to identify and make transactions. Why is m&t stuck in the 80s?
