Does not call the branch, only the ATMs off ferry cutoff. No use whatsoever!
MAJOR security issues. I was locked out of all remote access to my account, customer service was unable to tell me why. I'm freaking out because I'm concerned about my identity possibly being stolen so I went to M&T to close my account, hopefully to isolate issues concerning with my connected accounts. They really tried to put me through the ringer and keep me from closing the account. Can't tell whether they're inept or straight up thieves but my recommendation is DONT USE M&T!
I love this bank it is wonder you get your money on time and don't have to worry. Staff are nice and friendly and understand your concerns. It a nice environment very clean and welcoming
I had a positive experience. My attendant was very kind and patient. I was happy, I got to explore the bank, for the first time. They were history based which I really appreciate. I got to see the vault and learn. Great outing with My Grandmother.
