I had a positive experience. My attendant was very kind and patient. I was happy, I got to explore the bank, for the first time. They were history based which I really appreciate. I got to see the vault and learn. Great outing with My Grandmother.

Service was horrible. Over the phone help is HORRIBLE. They are dismissive and judgemental. Dirty inside. Random trash all over the place. Rusty and more than a bit of dust all OVER the place. Ghetto.

I love the staff at this bank, I just can't figure out why the bank's management isn't protecting their workers or their customers during Covid-19 with simple plexiglass screens. There's one screen in the entire bank, and no one ever works behind it!
