I had a positive experience. My attendant was very kind and patient. I was happy, I got to explore the bank, for the first time. They were history based which I really appreciate. Great outing with My Grandmother .
Service was horrible. Over the phone help is HORRIBLE. They are dismissive and judgemental. Dirty inside. Random trash all over the place. Rusty and more than a bit of dust all OVER the place. Ghetto.

I love the staff at this bank, I just can't figure out why the bank's management isn't protecting their workers or their customers during Covid-19 with simple plexiglass screens. There's one screen in the entire bank, and no one ever works behind it!
