Greatest service I've ever recieved at a bank. And possibly the only reason I'm with m&t bank. Always very polite and helpful. I wish there banks up north would learn from this bank.
very Boneless
So far I rate the bank a 4 star. I left Well Fargo after 23 years because of all the chaos. Took 11 days to close one of my 5 accounts with them after 7 phone calls and with confirmation numbers. They are very unorganized. M&T so far seems to be working out OK.
Very accommodating staff, convenient location, the only drawback is that they don't have an indoor ATM, just outside only and it's limited to walk-up.
