I would give this zero stars if I could. I was a customer of M&T Bank for over 30 years. In that time, I dealt with nothing but polite and helpful staff. However, last year, I had a problem with my debit card and went in to discuss it. I have dealt with many banks in my years in construction and by far this bank has exceeded all of our expectations. I deal mostly with Melissa she is very knowledgeable and always willing to take time out of her day to assist, thank you.
Hey, would it be possible to get a drive-thru ATM that isn't 20-year-old garbage that can't read new bills? Maybe you should go to PNC and get a loan. This is ridiculous and it's been going on for months and months and months at this location.
I had a business financial meeting with Michael K. Pinkston II, Senior Branch Manager. I sent all the information he requested to get started but never received a response to several emails and voicemails. This has been an unprofessional experience from this branch in supporting a local small business. It has been a waste of time.
Bad experience with this place ever in my life. Very rude and unprofessional people behind the counter, they don’t care about the customers. Talk to you like no body. Don’t recommend this place to anyone !
