I had a business financial meeting with Michael K. Pinkston II, Senior Branch Manager. I sent all the information he requested to get started but never received a response to several emails and voicemails. This has been an unprofessional experience from this branch in supporting a local small business. It has been a waste of time.
Bad experience with this place ever in my life. Very rude and unprofessional people behind the counter, they don’t care about the customers. Talk to you like no body. Don’t recommend this place to anyone !
All employees at Middletown M&T are so helpful and so kind except Michael K Pinkston, his words are always the same, “There’s nothing I can do!” I don’t usually believe him, because I have had other bank employees help me in so many ways.
