I can't say enough great things about the Deale branch and their staff. Lindsey, Maggie and Alex have all been very kind and patient with my elderly father who is a regular customer. I don't think I've ever received this level of amazing customer service at any other bank I've ever done business with.

Again and again can’t get into on line accounts. Very frustrating and disappointed with M&T Bank.☹️😣
Took my money then blamed me for it
Charles was amazing. We had to change a few things with our accounts, he made it an effortless and enjoyable experience. I’m very impressed. We will be using more M&T products on the future. Thanks Charles!
