Super helpful and friendly service. The personal touch M&T gives is priceless.
The lady who “helped” me today did not really help me at all. She took 15 minutes to give MY MONEY in my BUSINESS BANK ACCOUNT that I put in there myself. That I work for everyday. She was asking me what am I going to do with MY money, she asked my name after I gave her my ID, I even looked in my m&T bank app for my account number and she still did not trust me at all to take out MY OWN MONEY.
