My second time coming to an MNT bank that has no money in the bank cannot cash. My check is crazy. You’re a bank. How do you not have the money?
Just went to make a deposit today and the Customer service is horrible! No greeting when you walk in, no acknowledgment or anything but the 3 white girls can have a full blown conversation. I guess that’s more important than your actual job. One white skinny pointy nose black shoulder length hair with a white sweater then a white girl with floral shirt and red/ orange straight hair. Navy federal and chase is better hands down!
I see why the overall rating is the way it is! Dated back 8 years.
Wouldn't use any other bank than M &T
Great branch with super friendly and knowledgeable staff! Opened my personal and business account with Rebecca and I highly recommend anyone to be assisted by her. I also have to acknowledge the amazing service i received from Max and Joe that fixed issues with my business acount!
