The only thing you can expect coming here are workers talking non-stop. This place is a mess. I am sure the managers could not care less because I can only assume they allow this and participate in it. HIRE BETTER PEOPLE. Out with the old, in with the new. It is 2026, do your job! Start having leaders in your branches WHO CARE! Actually scratch that, full reset for all these locations, specifically this one.
I LOVE the girls that work here during the day. They are so fun and make the banking experience so good. Give them a raise!!!!
My second time coming to an MNT bank that has no money in the bank cannot cash. My check is crazy. You’re a bank. How do you not have the money?
Just went to make a deposit today and the Customer service is horrible! No greeting when you walk in, no acknowledgment or anything but the 3 white girls can have a full blown conversation. I guess that’s more important than your actual job. One white skinny pointy nose black shoulder length hair with a white sweater then a white girl with floral shirt and red/ orange straight hair. Navy federal and chase is better hands down!
