I genuinely hate this bank. Everything about it. The charges. The atms all of it. Horrible. Go next door to truist so much better

Becca the Branch manager is brilliant and helped me even when i was over seas!!!!! thank you!!! you rock!!! customer service line should go a step forward and try to reach the housing branch of the product at least to try to have the client verified than giving hard objections!!! alex i believe the name was on the customer service line who was not helpful at all!
Very friendly worker, clean
The only thing you can expect coming here are workers talking non-stop. This place is a mess. I am sure the managers could not care less because I can only assume they allow this and participate in it. HIRE BETTER PEOPLE. Out with the old, in with the new. It is 2026, do your job! Start having leaders in your branches WHO CARE! Actually scratch that, full reset for all these locations, specifically this one.
