I recently visited this location to close my account, due to a mortgage rate opportunity. I met with an associate named Willy. He was extremely helpful and professional. And even offered some sound credit advice. It was an unexpectedly painless experience. Thanks, Willy!
I called and asked if they exchange foreign currency, and the answer was yes. I drive 20 minutes to get here and get told, "oh, we can buy it through another company, and fees... blah blah blah, but it's easier at the kiosk at the mall." Could have told me that sooner, you know, before driving here, and passing the mall.
Well, I went there asking to reactivate my brother's account blocked it because he didn't use more than a couple of years. He has been out of country so that he can't come to verify himself in person. M&T branch people are so lazy to figure it out and don't have much knowledge about it. One of teller? Or person said they can verify in phone face meeting so he promised me to set it up. I have called and been waiting 2 months but no called back and any services at all.
