Unprofessional
I only used the Drive Thru ATM but it was easy to access and easy to get in and out from Old Solomans Road.
The people that work at the Edgewater MD branch of M&T are not familiar with their ATM. I called prior to going to the bank to find out the maximum I could withdraw from the ATM and was told $1000. When I went there to use the ATM the maximum allowed according to the screen was $500. The WAWA next doors allows a $500 withdrawal and there is no charge for using their ATM. I went to WAWA. I can see why this bank has only gotten a 2 star rating on other rating sites.
Love working with Michael and the other bankers here. Very professional, yet kind and caring as well. Worth going out my way to do my banking at this branch!
