Great Bank and location. All employees are always helpfull and friendly. Rhonda provided good customer service with helping me open a new account.
First time at the Arnold location to cash a check. They were very nice and welcoming.
I went in to get a notary signature for some paperwork. The staff was so friendly and helpful. My toddler was running away, and the staff helped me wrangle him. Then I gave him a lollipop. Thank you so much.
I came in to get my bank statement for the account that I closed. They did not want to print it out for me because they want to go home early, and they said it is going to take three day. Bad service that I ever see in M&T. Now I am think about changing my bank to different bank.
I lost my credit card, so I went to this location because my sister and I were eating lunch at a local restaurant, when I was called back and explained that I lost my card, and when I tried to do it online line it said I should call or go directly to the bank, I choose to go to the closest one to me, since I was already in the area, when I handed my ID the lady question as to why I was at this branch since I lived in Glen Burnie!
