The banker immediately caught an attitude with us when we asked to close an account and open a new one. We will be finding a new bank

First time at the Arnold location to cash a check. They were very nice and welcoming.
I went in to get a notary signature for some paperwork. The staff was so friendly and helpful. My toddler was running away, and the staff helped me wrangle him. Then I gave him a lollipop. Thank you so much.
I came in to get my bank statement for the account that I closed. They did not want to print it out for me because they want to go home early, and they said it is going to take three day. Bad service that I ever see in M&T. Now I am think about changing my bank to different bank.
