I have used this branch for years (Hudson City now M&T) and always found the staff friendly and helpful. Had items notarized with only a few minute wait for the officer to finish with another customer.
The worst experience I ever had. Tried to cash my payroll check here and the entire staff was very rude and treated me horribly. Like a criminal because I just moved here and my payroll check was mailed to me from another state that was drawn from that bank. They even called the bank in Pennsylvania and they said the check was valid and okay to cash. They still wouldn’t cash the check because ‘they didn’t know me’. This bank is CLOSED PERMANENTLY ..
Had to wait over 25 minutes to see someone. Teller not overly friendly. Tons of banks in area choose another.
Not friendly but ok average services.
