Great people. Very knowledgeable, helpful and caring. Have been with this bank since the 1960s when it was the old Frankford Trust and all the iterations in between Can’t imagine doing business with any other bank.
I popped in to M&T for assistance with my dad’s account. He is hospitalized and unable to manage his affairs. I expected barriers and an impersonal experience, however, I was greeted kindly. I was paired with Iwona and she was fantastic! She treated me like a human in a situation that has been incredibly stressful.
