I popped in to M&T for assistance with my dad’s account. He is hospitalized and unable to manage his affairs. I expected barriers and an impersonal experience, however, I was greeted kindly. Everyone is very nice.
Never should have opened account with this back. Very bad customer service. Had requested for increase in limit for check deposit via mobile app and it is now more than a week still the request is pending
