I was initially a little hesitant because it is a small bank. However, since it is close to my workplace, I decided to visit and open an account, and I quickly realized that my first impression was completely wrong. The employees are extremely friendly, cheerful, and welcoming. Even if you walk in feeling stressed or surrounded by negative energy, their warm smiles and positive attitude will naturally make you feel much better. The M&T Bank in Cliffside Park, NJ is amazing! Hale is absolutely the best!!! She always provides fast and friendly service! Also, the manager Aynur is amazing!!! She is always willing to help with a smile! Aynur’s leadership is the best I’ve seen in years! Everyone is so kind and helpful! I only use M&T because of how fabulous the employees are in Cliffside Park!
