I had met Stephen W. at an event the previous weekend and based on our conversation, decided to meet with him to establish an account. He followed up via email to confirm our appointment and upon arrival, we went over options and we went step by step to set up a couple of accounts for me. Although there were some technical difficulties, we got through the process and I was quite satisfied with the service I received. I appreciate that everything Stephen said would happen, happened. Amazing customer service!
Beat bank
As a bank, M&T has been pretty great. This is bigger than just service - this is about culture and reestablishing the correct images and ways companies (especially banks) should be branded to the public. It is ridiculous that M&T Banks have removed the AMERICAN FLAG from 99% of their banks in WNY. Furthermore, they disrespect the flag in Elmwood by moving the American flag off to the side to allow a rainbow flag to be front and center. M&T should stop contributing to "Americanlessness" and raise up US flags at every location... read more
