I have been a loyal customer of M&T Bank for many years, and I have always appreciated the level of professionalism I have experienced—until today. I called this location to inquire about opening a trust account for my daughter, and unfortunately, my interaction with Marlita (or Marlida) was very disappointing. Poor Quality Service, Poor actitudes with the customer's.
I wish I could remember her name, I think Marlena or Marlita. She was a lifesaver today when I needed to make a large purchase and I couldn’t get a hold of a rep on the phone. She helped me quickly and called me back to let me know everything was good on her end. I appreciate you more than you would even know. Thank you. 😊
