Worst bank branch I have ever visited. Walk-up ATM often out of service. Tellers often unavailable, slow, or cannot provide answers. Once a teller gave me incorrect information about using Zelle, and another teller told that a system for follow-up the first teller offered does not exist.
My daughter & I found this M&T bank when someone stole money from my daughters bank account. We had never before been to this bank but needed to stop this criminal from obtaining any more money from her account..Tanesha is very professional, caring and took the time to guide us through opening a new account and closing the account that had been broken into. I am a previous customer of M&T and tried for several weeks online to request documents from an old account with no help. Karen & Neice were able to local my previous statements, print them out, and organize them for me within minutes. They were amazing and a massive help! Give them a raise : )
