Went in yesterday to open a checking account and get a safe deposit box. Ashley was wonderful. She was very patient and made the process easy. They were very busy and she gulped down her lunch. We only had to wait a very short time for her to help us.

Went in to cash a check for my wife, she holds an account. Surley older male teller informed me I would have to pay a 2% fee for my wife cashing since she did not come to the branch herself. Exact words were "why didn't she come in?"
