When I got a hacked the large sum from my checking account back to back on 2 times, as soon as I find out I went to this branch to inform what was happening to my sum and the manager waited me to stopped the account (cancelled)and reported the transaction and putting back all my stolen funds into my savings account(I opened the savings account instead of the checking account) in the 5days.
Customer service representative is very friendly and nice. Unfortunately I needed to have some papers notarized. And that location couldn't help me. But I was able to change my address. Also a few days representatives saw me sitting waiting to receive help, and for about 20 minutes noone said anything. It started to get a little crowded . Then a representative called me. Everything has seemed to be a problem with this bank. I haven’t needed anything since I opened an account in 2021, but recently I have needed some things. I needed a new debit card - no issue getting. But when I went to use it, it wouldn’t work for online transactions. Calling support for this is actually a major problem because their wait times are so long (about 45 minutes to tell them I need to use my own card and take the fraud hold off (how is hotels.com flagging their system?)
