I’ve never once had a difficult or frustrating experience at this bank, and I’ve been coming here for 5 years. Lovely people, always kind & helpful.
This is one of the worst M&T that I know.I came in here a few weeks ago they want to know where did the check come from.Where ever it was it has y’all bank on it and it has cleared.Everytime you go in the bank for a Notaty it’s always a mess they want you 2 sit and wait wait wait.Looks like a new crew n here mayb things will change.I been a memember of M&T since Provident in the 80s.I am strongly thinking about leaving smh
Couldn’t cash my check that I got from my lawyer and the check was with this bank say they couldn’t cash because of the amount of money
