My husband and I come to this branch a lot. My husband's teller this particular day, (London) that waited on him was very rude and unprofessional. It's how and what was said to him that was unprofessional and rude. I will be sending a detailed letter to customer relations, and I will contact the branch manager when they return. The customer service she provided will make you lose customers.
After being with M&T for 12 years the day has come for me to change the bank. Jeff the new branch manager is not capable of following through his words, which led to a huge inconvenience for me, And with all the bank options out there this means that i will change my bank because i don't have the time or energy to deal with incapable people .
They started blocking all incoming zelle payments. I went in to the branch location and they asked me all kinds of personal information. Why is your mom sending you money? If you and your bf live together why don't we give each other cash instead of zelleing? Like it's none of their business. Closed all my accounts, I'll bank with a bank that actually does their job
This branch is the worst of all the M&T bank branches, I have been to. I only went to this branch because my regular branch on Watham Rd and Joppa was closing and couldn't withdraw any money. So my regular branch suggested me to go to the next closest branch, which is this one on Joppa rd. I went and try to redraw money from my account ($5000) after looking up my account everything was good, and was ask do I mine it being in all 20s. I said sure fine, not a problem.
