Every single time I visit the ATM at this branch, the machine dispenses weak and tattered bills. How can you upgrade to a new ATM, push it inside the branch, and have the nerve to fill up the machine with taped, wrinkled, weak, and tattered bills. Do better, or don’t.
Not a good bank. The customer service is lacking. Ever since the company changed from Hudson City to M&T, it’s been down hill. The Cresskill branch is the worse. The manager John Grimes made no attempt to follow through with his word. I had to call him 3 times to find he did not follow through with what he told me he would do regarding an account I had.
