Always right on point
After starting an account in April I had probably my worst banking experience with this branch in my entire life. In May 2025 I deposited $300 in their front ATM only to have the machine not recognize the deposit and keep the cash. This was after their branch hours so I had to call and report the issue to customer service. They noted it and told me I would have to come into that branch the next day so they could audit the machine. I came in and was told I would have to file a dispute.
