After starting an account in April I had probably my worst banking experience with this branch in my entire life. In May 2025 I deposited $300 in their front ATM only to have the machine not recognize the deposit and keep the cash. This was after their branch hours so I had to call and report the issue to customer service. They noted it and told me I would have to come into that branch the next day so they could audit the machine. I came in and was told I would have to file a dispute. Has to be the absolute most frustrating bank.I have ever dealt with the a t m's never ever work. God forbid you go in , you'll be in there all day..
This bank is amazing. The people are perfect. They call you by name and fix any concerns you may have. It doesn't get any better than this bank.
