The Hereford branch M&T is the only branch I will go to if I need in-person customer service. Jennifer W is absolutely so caring when it comes to any of my needs, CDs, setting up new accounts or just anything in general. I almost switched banks awhile ago but she’s the reason I stay. She helped me solve issues that other branches simply would not. Jennifer is a GEM in this branch and she brings service skills that are old school.
Slow as frozen molasses! Uninformed staff who barely know how to use a computer. And ask, why does m&t bank notify Facebook when you connect to their website??!! Plus 11 ad trackers and 16 3rd party sites!
Love this bank and the people who work there. Reema has been my banker for years. Trust her thoroughly. Saw Reema again today. (04/10/25) More wonderful than ever. Realized that 2 bad reviews were from 7 years ago. Seven! Different people
