The Hereford branch M&T is the only branch I will go to if I need in-person customer service. Jennifer W is absolutely so caring when it comes to any of my needs, CDs, setting up new accounts or just anything in general. I almost switched banks awhile ago but she’s the reason I stay. She helped me solve issues that other branches simply would not. Jennifer is a GEM in this branch and she brings service skills that are old school.
Slow as frozen molasses! Uninformed staff who barely know how to use a computer. And ask, why does m&t bank notify Facebook when you connect to their website??!! Plus 11 ad trackers and 16 3rd party sites!
