They work differently than the one I used to go to, the Denton branch would let me do all kinds of transactions for my grandparents because they are getting older and couldn't leave the house. I wasn't on the account but they understood, this branch is more tight and I guess not "a family bank" as I thought. They won't let me do a whole lot of transactions as the Denton one did by myself.
Donna, works in the office at the Easton location is rude and a racist.
They are a bunch of crooks cause I had a scam on my account and now they want to close my account and plus the one I have with my mom so nobody go there they don't straight anything out with your account
The lending officer Mike is the absolute worst. He does not know anything he does not read paper work even the realtor on the seller side said he is hard to work with, he don't know anything, never answers any questions, he don't explain anything. He is just awful!!! Buying a home is so stressful you would think the lending officer would try and make it a little better, but no!!!!!!.... I will be contacting a supervisor!!!!! And changing lenders!!!!! I wish I could give 0 stars, do not go to m&t for a home loan!!!!!
