1. This has been my bank my entire life and now it's closing, denton has space for it to relocate 2. I have called 3 times and asked questions about wills and notary, 2 of the 3 calls I don't remember the other one but 2 of the 3 I asked if they do will and I was told yes. Then I take my pop pop there and they told me they don't make them, you have to have one already before you come in. Why have employees that can't give accurate answers? I do love this bank but lately it's been really difficult to do anything.
This review is specifically for the mortgage department of the bank regarding one loan officer in particular. I’m selling a house. The buyers went through this lender. He claims to have six years of experience but his actions and work ethic say otherwise, or he is simply lazy and/or self-absorbed.
