Predatory lending practices with this bank. Lending has to be ashamed of themselves. A simple HELOC. The process was basic, seemed painless, they EVEN OFFERED ME MORE THAN I ASKED FOR and then randomly the bank wants me to pay off MY PERSONAL CAR LOAN WITH 1/3 the interest rate a depreciating asset with an appreciating asset + a bunch of business loans...literally whipping all the equity out anyway...PREDETORY, many people would just do that. Our experience has been nothing short of infuriating. Riyad Babar, who is assigned to our business accounts has repeatedly refused to help or answer even the most basic questions. i got interrogated trying to cash a check signed to my account and then wasnt allowed to cash it they asked me who signed the check, I said "the person who gave it to me" they said "ok, who really signed this check" the manager is a hardo (short guy dark complexion) and so is the teller that was "helping" me, they were acting like FBI agents 😂😂😂 I just went over to the Paoli location and had it cashed there immediately after with 0 issue
