This location was great in years past. Unfortunately the current team doesn’t seem very friendly toward people of color. Branch continuously provides me with issues accessing my funds. All other branches, no issues.
Absolutely horrible bank. Inefficient. Unresponsive. No one cares.
One November the 17th 2023 I arrived at the bank it was 23 minutes before closing. I explained to Ms. Julia Varcoe I realize that it was 23 minutes before closing but I attempted to solve my banking issue by phone and they suggested I go to a branch. I attempt to explain the situation to Ms. Varcoe who was dismissive and said she had to call the back office and it was too late and she could do nothing .Ms. Julia Varcoe ended by getting up and getting her purse.
