I had to go into the Phillipsburg Pennsylvania office and it was like old home week. Dana took care of me who I used to work with her mother a long time ago. In the next office was Laura whose father used to work with my father at the prison. They took great care of me there and when I left Dana called me on the way home to catch up a little bit. I would highly recommend dealing with the Phillipsburg office.

Steven Miller is so unprofessional. He would not let me speak to explain the situation. Kept over talking me stating I don’t need to talk to you. He couldn’t even listen to anything I was trying to explain and said I can hang up on you I don’t need to talk to you. Then hung up on me. Never dealt with someone so unprofessional.

The people at the Philipsburg branch are very nice and helpful but M&T as a whole are the worst bank I could imagine dealing with I've tried so hard to be a good customer and they constantly find ways to screw me over go somewhere else do yourself a favor I wish I could get out of this bank but it's way to late unfortunately.
