I've been banking with m&t Bank well over 20 years. The Pottsville Pennsylvania center Street location is the best! Everyone always greets you with a smile and the tellers are always friendly and very helpful and Dottie is the best when it comes to helping she always figures things out for me.
I had the pleasure of being helped by Dave, the manager from the downtown Pottsville branch, while visiting the Yorkville branch on a Saturday—and what a delight it was! His presence truly made a difference. Best bank I have been too. They are friendly and know me by name. The place is clean and orderly. The ATM is available 24/7 well lit and indoors so bad weather dosen't bother it. Feel safe using it. I and handicap they have a ramp is handicap accessible.

Everybody is exceptionally ignorant and constantly giving me a hard time. I literally drive to the branch in Mahanoy City before id go to the one here in pottsville.
