As usual great service and helpful tips my appointment was on time
I love this bank! Every time I enter to do my banking, I receive top-notch service in every way! The bank employees are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. A special shout-out to Ann R. as her professionalism and pleasant personality makes banking here a real joy!
We waited 5 minutes for the teller to help us make a transaction. She never said Hi or have a good day. I am done with this bank cut my card up and do my banking at Santander Bank at least they are friendly. M&T IS HORRIBLE never again.
