The worst Bank in the world. If they had zero stars I would give them a zero, one is being generous. Customers service is ABSOLUTELY horrible! They are nasty, rude, mean and just plain nasty all around. They have a monthly subscription fee of $7.00 Which is just CRAZY! I called and they told me I don’t have an account with them. How is that possible if I have the PHYSICAL BANK CARD in my hand while I’m talking to them. I’m going to find a new bank IMMEDIATELY! I refuse to come back to such a place and be treated so poorly.
I had an excellent experience at M&T Bank thanks to the outstanding service provided by Akash. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to assist me with my banking needs. Her expertise and friendly demeanor made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Employees like them make a huge difference, and I hope the bank continues to hire more people like Akash. Highly recommend this branch for anyone looking for exceptional customer service!
I scheduled two calls with Akash pahal this week to learn about business financing options. He stood me up both times. Now seeing the other reviews, I’m not surprised and will make sure to not engage with this business again.
What a day I had. If I could give zero stars I would. The branch employees were so extremely helpful but what a horrible bank system. Zainab helped me for 2 hours.. she worked so hard…truly thank the employees, but I am so miserable even knowing this is my bank. We live in a century where everything can be done online and via phone.. my house had a water pipe break and it is sitting around basically looking exploded and they want me to mail the check to endorse then they don’t even know when I will get it back when I need it... read more
