I wish there was an option for zero star went in to cash a check they were very rude I was very embarrassed the lady was treating me like I was a criminal for something that’s supposed to take 5 to 10 minutes. Took 30 minutes long. Really bad experience they need to hire better trained staff
Unfortunately I have a mortgage with M&T Bank, not of my choosing, and they can't get the basic banking 101 mortgage payment/escrow payments in the right place. I've called several times and each time they say they will correct but it's still a mess. They even sent me two duplicate checks by accident...unbelievable.
