Unfortunately I have a mortgage with M&T Bank, not of my choosing, and they can't get the basic banking 101 mortgage payment/escrow payments in the right place. I've called several times and each time they say they will correct but it's still a mess. They even sent me two duplicate checks by accident...unbelievable.
I opened an account in this bank and I felt like a stranger, but today I feel like I am a member of my own family, and Ms. Tilo gave me this feeling. Her efforts here are invaluable.
The worst Bank in the world. If they had zero stars I would give them a zero, one is being generous. Customers service is ABSOLUTELY horrible! They are nasty, rude, mean and just plain nasty all around. They have a monthly subscription fee of $7.00 Which is just CRAZY! I called and they told me I don’t have an account with them. How is that possible if I have the PHYSICAL BANK CARD in my hand while I’m talking to them. I’m going to find a new bank IMMEDIATELY! I refuse to come back to such a place and be treated so poorly.
I had an excellent experience at M&T Bank thanks to the outstanding service provided by Akash. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to assist me with my banking needs. Her expertise and friendly demeanor made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Employees like them make a huge difference, and I hope the bank continues to hire more people like Akash. Highly recommend this branch for anyone looking for exceptional customer service!
