At the movile app always have issues. If you come to this bank is like you have to came to the branch and open another account. Very poor service at this bank.
One of the worst bank location ever. If you ever need of banking service from M and T, I strongly recommend you to go different location. It will save your precious time and nerve. Stay away from this location. People who work here does not care of your time and need!
M&T must be the WORST, most UNPROFESSIONAL bank in the country! They locked my account several times for no reason; their incompetent, paranoid fraud department accused me of things that were not true; and they forced me to go into a local branch several times when everything could have been done online. These people don’t know what they’re doing, and they have no transparency. They CANNOT BE TRUSTED with your money.”
