This location very bad customer service. Never have any issue before but when I go here very bad experience and disappointed. Never comeback to this location .
had an extremely upsetting experience at this M&T branch while attempting to exchange foreign currency. I am both an M&T employee and an M&T customer of over 8 years and have never encountered an issue like this before.
