I visited this branch to open a checking account and arrived about 15 minutes before closing. There was no line, and I was already sitting with a banker when I was told they would not open the account because the branch was closing soon. This experience left such a poor impression that I no longer feel interested in doing business with this bank.
This location very bad customer service. Never have any issue before but when I go here very bad experience and disappointed. Never comeback to this location .
had an extremely upsetting experience at this M&T branch while attempting to exchange foreign currency. I am both an M&T employee and an M&T customer of over 8 years and have never encountered an issue like this before.
