The staff is inconsistent in how they handle requests, one week they will cash a check drawn on the same bank account and the next week they refuse to. They will also lie to your face and tell you they have no way of verifying a check from another bank, when they can call the other bank to verify the check or use a check verification system, just like retail does. They went above and beyond! Very thorough customer service , even after hours at their 1-800 number. Britney and Alex were absolutely amazing! I was going through a horrible experience where a retailer literally stole from me and they were able to move quickly and efficiently. I am extremely grateful that they had my back today. Thank you M&T!! You made the difference!
