Got a loan here and the person that set it up decided to send out paper check that take like 2 weeks to get to the companies costing me a bunch of money The banker Emily led me to believe I would just pay them manually within the apps which would have been instead but then at the end says she gonna send paper checks which still haven't arrived When I called her to ask after almost 2 weeks she was a bit impatient Dont get a loan from Emily use another bank
The staff is inconsistent in how they handle requests, one week they will cash a check drawn on the same bank account and the next week they refuse to. They will also lie to your face and tell you they have no way of verifying a check from another bank, when they can call the other bank to verify the check or use a check verification system, just like retail does.
