Deb was wonderful at helping me with debit card problems while I am deployed overseas.
Member's First has better hours. They don't have a coin counting machine like Member's First does, and we have to write our addresses on the deposit slips I'd expect they could find with the bank number we put on there. Member's First we don't even have to fill out a deposit slip for. BUT they have much better locations, having their banks all over town instead of all on the east side like Member's First.
Outstanding customer service, which is the primary reason I continue becoming with the Stonehedge branch!
Angie and Judy are the best. So thankful for their excellent service and friendliness.
