I am revising my review. After further contact with customer service, I really appreciate the sincere effort that was made to resolve my issue. Although it wasn't resolved in exactly the way I wanted, I do know that your staff was very sincere in doing what they were able to do. I look forward to our continued business together.

DO NOT GO TO M&T BANK!!!! They charge minimum fees and monthly service fees. And once your at $0 they keep charging you minimum and monthly fees all the way into the negatives. They won’t let you over draft your account unless they are taking minimum or monarchy service fees. They also shut down your account with no notice.
