M&T Bank was were I opened my first Bank account. This branch is clean and staff is quick and courteous. If you are looking for a bank with a ton of brick and mortar buildings I would definitely open accounts here at this branch.

Went in on Feb 12 to open a new checking and savings personal account. Made an appointment online for 9AM EST. Door was already opened 5 minutes before, when I arrived. I was greeted by staff, and was took back to a room with the branch manager. Very simple and easy process, only took around 15 minutes. She was very kind, and made sure I understood everything. The worst bank ever
It's a fairly good Bank, Friendly Customer service, good Finance Protection and preventions in place, and I 99% of the time have a generally good experience at my M&T Bank.
