I just had one of the worst customer service experience at this location today. If your going to talk about the customer to a co-worker at least wait until they are out of the lobby. Very disappointed in this location. I opened my son his first bank account 2 weeks ago with M&T but we will be taking his business elsewhere as well so that he is not treated similarly in the future. Froze my account for no reason and I have to go in store to fix it. How convenient!!!! UPDATE Came into store. All 3 employees were laughing at the fact that my funds frozen and they have no idea when I’ll get them! Absolutely ridiculous. STAY AWAY!
Best banking experience in Carlisle.
Very slow and expensive bank with no benefits to bank here. If you aren't rich you get no interest from your account and they'll gouge you with massively excessive fees. They wonder why they've had to close several branches in this area, this might be the answer.
I saw them deny a black woman her own money out of her account because they didn’t “know her”. I swore racism was made up bs, but that was disgusting. This place needs to be shut down.
