I really enjoy interacting with all of the staff members at this branch! They have helped me with every financial transaction that requires a real person (buying foreign currency, account name changes, etc.), and they have been extremely courteous each and every time. Thanks for all of your help and keep up the great work!
I love this branch- Carole S. is the best!!! She’s helped me dispute fraudulent charges multiple times and got my new card expedited same-day. She always has my back and goes above and beyond to help even when she’s clearly busy and I just walked-in. I always dread calling big companies because of the wait time but directly going through the Hockessin branch makes calling, emailing, or visiting a breeze. And I finally got a customized card thanks so much Carole🫶

Scheduled an appointment online with Richard to open a business account. My husband and I left work early for this appointment. He was on vacation and never turned off his scheduler. A bank employee told me, “Sorry, it’s been happening all week!” Since he had all my information I thought he would apologize when he returned. He did not. No one else at the bank could help us that day.
