I love this branch- Carole S. is the best!!! She’s helped me dispute fraudulent charges multiple times and got my new card expedited same-day. She always has my back and goes above and beyond to help even when she’s clearly busy and I just walked-in. I always dread calling big companies because of the wait time but directly going through the Hockessin branch makes calling, emailing, or visiting a breeze. And I finally got a customized card thanks so much Carole🫶
Friendly staff and no wait!
Scheduled an appointment online with Richard to open a business account. My husband and I left work early for this appointment. He was on vacation and never turned off his scheduler. A bank employee told me, “Sorry, it’s been happening all week!” Since he had all my information I thought he would apologize when he returned. He did not. No one else at the bank could help us that day.

I have tried to give this branch a chance despite of the negative reviews. However, they failed three times on different occasions. Horrible customer service. They lack knowledge of their product and services, and slow with everything. The attitudes and personalities at this branch is Completely terrible. This branch needs a workshop on team building and positive attitudes because they clearly don’t have it. I would never step foot in this branch again.
