Wow. I can see why this branch has a lowly average Google rating of 2.5! I called the branch today about a very simple matter. I was transferred to Doris, the branch manager.. She was rude to me as she continued to interrupt me as I was explaining my problem to her. She then said she was with a customer and would have to call me back. After 40 minutes I called again (because I had not received a call back). Super tellers. Very friendly.
I really enjoy interacting with all of the staff members at this branch! They have helped me with every financial transaction that requires a real person (buying foreign currency, account name changes, etc.), and they have been extremely courteous each and every time. Thanks for all of your help and keep up the great work!
I love this branch- Carole S. is the best!!! She’s helped me dispute fraudulent charges multiple times and got my new card expedited same-day. She always has my back and goes above and beyond to help even when she’s clearly busy and I just walked-in. I always dread calling big companies because of the wait time but directly going through the Hockessin branch makes calling, emailing, or visiting a breeze. And I finally got a customized card thanks so much Carole🫶
