Cash my check every week at the branch in Middletown with no problem at all, But was up near this location and tried to cash my check here. I was told my the check wasn't released yet by my work so they can't cash it... Little do they know I'm close with my my Employers so I know it was It's obvious it was near closing so they didn't feel like working and typing in the check number. Fire the useless employees and get ones that wanna work

I came here to apply for a small personal loan. Sat at least 10 minutes without any acknowledgement from 3 people behind the teller desk! I finally said," Excuse me,are there any people out here in the cubicles or office"? Brian Dunphy(name plate where he's at) long brown hair.pulled back...asked me what I needed. Sadly, this location can't seem to get it together. Consistently, throughout the past 5 years, the wait has terrible to see a bank representative. Over an hour for a small task. Tried to give them a chance after chance. Will use another bank with professionalism.
