Sadly, this location can't seem to get it together. Consistently, throughout the past 5 years, the wait has terrible to see a bank representative. Over an hour for a small task. Tried to give them a chance after chance. Will use another bank with professionalism.
Very disgusting and disrespectful staff. They don't value their customers. No one should do any business there. One male teller even use the words, "you people" when he was addressing me...

M&T's customer service is AWFUL. I have been trying for three months to get online access to my mother's account so I can put her bills on autopay, Five trips to the local branch later, crickets. Complaint put in with Delaware Banking Commission! ED: Email sent to the address provided by "Stephanie D." I have not mailed in the complaint yet. If I get online access and my mother's existing autopay is restored within 24 hours, I will take down this review and shred the complaint. Otherwise, the review stands and the complaint ... read more
