Very good service..The lady was very polite and helpful.
I came here to apply for a small personal loan. Sat at least 10 minutes without any acknowledgement from 3 people behind the teller desk! I finally said," Excuse me,are there any people out here in the cubicles or office"? Brian Dunphy(name plate where he's at) long brown hair.pulled back...asked me what I needed. I said," id love to see a loan officer please". He literally got smart,corrected me in front of people and said," There are NO loan officers here. That's not what they're called". Sadly, this location can't seem to get it together. Consistently, throughout the past 5 years, the wait has terrible to see a bank representative. Over an hour for a small task. Tried to give them a chance after chance. Will use another bank with professionalism.
Very disgusting and disrespectful staff. They don't value their customers. No one should do any business there. One male teller even use the words, "you people" when he was addressing me...
