From 5 stars to 1 star but now working way back up! Everyone working IN the Pike Creek branches ARE GREAT! (Still not jazzed with the telephone fraud assistance but I just had another message so I will give them another chance.) M&T USED TO BE awesome. Great hours/7 days a week!! The female tellers & branch manager that work IN PERSON IN THE BRANCH ARE FABULOUS. They need NEW phone support people in the FRAUD & CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENTS ONLINE & ESPECIALLY BY PHONE.

WORST banking institution ever!!! Taken 3 weeks just to close 2 small yield bond accounts and get our own $ out!!!! They canceled our meetings with the Vice President multiple times (cancellations weren’t told to us until we actually came in for the appointments,NO phone call), as well as other appointments at the last minute. They promised to have our check ready for pickup, just to come in and be told that verbal verification was needed to release the check to us..Every time we’re told everything’s ready to go, another ste... read more
