When you have to go into a branch to do a wire transfer is ridiculous. I do business with three other Banks and can do them over the phone. Do better
All of the staff at this Towanda PA branch are fantastic. They deserve accolades for their customer service in a time when it seems being polite and professional is hard to find. Wesley Smith, John the financial advisor and Sno went above and beyond to help me achieve my goals. Although I don't know the other names, everyone is very friendly. Thank you doesn't seem nearly enough.

I've dealt with C&N, Chemung, First Citizen, Peoples, Community Bank, and a couple more. The best so far all around, yes every bank has good and bad parts but finding one that is well rounded is exceedingly hard these days.
