Branch associates are very kind and try to help but corporate/customer service is a disaster. Deposited a BOA check from a major television company and they put a fraud hold on my account. Called 5 different times now and visited the branch explaining there is no fraud is. Check is cleared but they won’t release the funds to me. Apparently no one has the capability to fix this? Absolutely ridiculous. Closing my accouns ASAP.

Horrible bank in absolutely every way. I've banked with PNC as a kid, Bank of America for most of my 20s and Navy Federal Credit union for about the last 12 years. I only mention this because I've never experienced such horrible service by the corporate offices and call centers. Branch personnel are exceptional and tried their very hardest to resolve issues, but I can honestly say there is a disconnect from the service you receive in the branch and corporate. One of the worst banks I’ve ever experienced! They made 5 phone calls/more than 2 hours to find out new phone numbers but solution.
